We want you to enjoy every bite of your Silvers Jerky. If something’s not quite right, please get in touch so we can make it right.
Returns
As our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns unless the product is in its original, unopened packaging and returned within 7 days of delivery. If you believe there’s been an issue with your order, please contact us first — we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Refunds & Replacements
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our usual quality standards, please reach out to us as soon as possible at via the form on our Contact Page. Be sure to include your order number (if applicable).
We assess refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
